Understanding art as transformation tool, gives the opportunity for us to participate in creative healing processes, driven by our selves guided by mentor or community,  letting us immerse in this form of expressive therapy that improves our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It involves the use of various art materials, such as paints, clay, and drawing tools, somatic work, photography and alot more.  Almost everything can be used explore our thoughts and feelings and work with our subconscious.

Talk Clearly: Instead of just hearing words, really listen and respond to what people are saying.
